Cold weather calls for warm flavors, and we’ve done just that. A trio of new bites and cocktails have arrived, now through May. Snack on our delicious Tempura Cauliflower, served with a tangy lemon-chili sauce for dipping. Got warm soup on the brain? Our Lobster Enoki Soup will hit the spot. A tasty blend of lobster, enoki mushrooms, jalapenos and cilantro, in a kombu dashi broth. For our carnivores out there, order up our Kurobuta Pork Loin, marinated in Asian seasoning and served with teriyaki brussel sprouts and sweet potato chips.
For some liquid courage to battle the chilly season, warm up with a cocktail – or three! Back by popular demand, we have our Ichiban Whisky Smash. Nikka Whisky, Combier Liqueur d’Orange, muddled orange, lemon and mint. A new specialty from the bar, we have our Spiked Lemonade, a blend of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, jasmine tea infusion and lemon – this creative twist on a lemonade will surely pack a punch. Last but certainly not least, a fan favorite – the Tiki Taki Martini. Svedka Mango-Pineapple Vodka, hibiscus syrup and calpico. Stop in and taste the season’s new flavors, available now through May.
